  I have been with Don Near forever. I love the fact that I can call and just say my name and Susan knows who I am. I am not a policy number - I am an actual human being. Both Susan and Don are fantastic and I wouldn't switch for anything.

  The complex is infested with black widow spiders even though they have regular visits from an exterminator. There are so many spiders that live in the patios, you almost never see anyone in their own patios other than someone smoking. There have been car break ins even though they have security drive through the complex (they literally just drive through once). Pulling out of the parking lot is dangerous, you can hardly see oncoming traffic and there is a constant flow of pedestrians/cyclists coming from the opposite direction. You get one carport and one free spot, the trees over the free parking drip sap all year round onto the cars. It's a very old building so things are always breaking or leaking and there are terrible pipe issues causing recurring problems with the toilets. NO RAMPS and there are stairs at every entrance, both from the parking in the complex and walking in from the street. I feel that the rent is too high and they charge water, gas, trash etc. on top of your regular rent. Yes, the ducks are nice and there are people doing the landscaping all the time. The apartment looks very nice from the outside. On the inside, there is always paint peeling from every room (it was only painted by management before we moved in). The carpet wasn't installed nicely so it was always coming up/apart from the edges.

  I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Paul. He has exceeded my expectations in every way and he is so great that he helped me achieve results no other lawyer could have done. Paul is talented and it showed in the techniques and tactics he used in and out of the courtroom. He used his strong analytical and research skills to strategize and carefully plan out every move. From beginning to end, there was never a doubt in my mind that Paul did absolutely everything in his power to obtain the outcomes I was looking for. Not only was he persistent , but he exhausted every resource and explored every possible option. He never gave up, even when I wanted to give up myself. Paul communicated with me regularly and was extremely responsive. He was there for me whenever I had questions or concerns, whether it was late at night or on the weekend. He went above and beyond and made sure I was always informed of what was going on in my case. Not only that, but he was always genuine and straight to the point. He never hesitated to tell me what my risks were and he was always honest with me, even when it was going to be hard for me to hear. But what I believe sets Paul apart from other attorneys is that he is passionate about helping those in need. He is not only intelligent, but he also truly cares about his clients. This rare quality was exemplified in every action he took when handling my case. He builds relationships with his clients that goes beyond business. He made sure to take the time to get to know me and what kind of person I was. Not only did I feel like he listened to what my concerns were and what I wanted to do, but he also took my needs and my feelings into consideration. No matter what my decision was, I knew that he would support me and that no matter what happened, he always had my back. Words will never be able to express my gratitude for Paul and what his hard work has done for me. I feel indebted to Paul for where I am today. Obviously, Paul helped me win my case, but even if he didn't, there is no doubt that Paul will always be the first person I call whenever I run into any kind of legal trouble.

  So although i read all the bad reviews, i went ahead and stopped at this branch anyway. Guess what, all the reviews are right. Do yourself a favor and go to a different branch.
