  This bank was staffed with beginners on a management level. When I had trouble cashing a check, that should have been cashed, I found the manager was not only late to work, but refused to call the person who wrote me the check to verify. They refused to cash a check as it was make out to "Jim" instead of James. I had been in this same bank two months ago and had no trouble cashing a similar check. I advised the manager this is why I no longer have an account and will never have an account at Chase.

  I drive a bit farther to use this branch. I have always had excellent service here. There is rarely much of a wait. The tellers are polite and never try to rush you away. I do not need to go into a brick and mortar building to bank very often, but this is my choice of branches. I only wish they would raise the logo sign above the blast glass so I could see the mural on the wall behind the tellers. I really enjoyed that mural and it is a shame to see it blocked.
