  Many homeless people seems to come into this business park. The leases also are going up way too fast once you are in. One person moved in and after one year it went up $200.00. I also left and moved back and after one year they raised the rent $158.00 and they require you to buy liability insurance so add that to your rent. The most important thing is the walls are this from office to office. 1/2" sheetrock on each side with no insulation. It is like being in cubicles rather than offices. You hear everything from your neighbors, sneezing, coughing, talking and they hear you. This place is very old and they don't seem to tell you the place has asbestos in the ceilings and only covered by a cheap hanging ceiling. They are suppose to post this on the buildings but the new owner does not seem to want to obey the law. They have a lot of floods from old hot water heaters and pipes that break and flood into your place from you or your neighbor.. Has been a few break ins also and not much patrol at night time. I spent many years here when it was owned by a decent owner but the current one gets you in and then raises the rent a lot the first year.
